TYPES OF DATA BEING PROCESSED
BROWSING DATA
The IT systems and software processes which make this website work gather, during their usual work, some personal data the transmission of which is implicit when using internet communication protocols. These data are not collected to identify specific individuals, however, because of their nature, they might enable users to be identified thanks to elaborations and associations with data held by third parties. Within this category fall IP addresses or the domain names of the computers used by the users accessing the website, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources being requested, the time of the request, the method used to request the information from the server, the size of the file obtained, the numerical code which indicates the status of the answer given by the server (success, error, etc.) and other data linked to the operating system and the IT environment of the user.
These data are only used to obtain anonymous statistical information on website usage and to check it is functioning correctly and are deleted as soon as they have been processed. Data could be used to verify responsibility in case of hypothetical IT crimes towards the website: apart from this possibility, data on web contacts do not persist for longer than 2 years.

Collecting personal data offline: in case MASTRO 1985 collects personal data offline (for example, paper forms), at the same time a notice is provided regarding data processing and the consent of the individual is then sought when necessary; this also applies when data collection happens on forms downloaded from the MASTRO1985.com website (the notice on data processing is repeated on these forms).
Collecting personal data online: regarding the collection of data done directly on the MASTRO1985.com website (for example: registering for the services provided by the website, contacts, specific requests), information on data processing is given in the context of data collection, while it is always possible to access this webpage to analyse the privacy policy more extensively.
